Reservation Policy
Full payment is required to reserve your space. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time, including same-day cancellations and no-shows, are non-refundable.
If we cancel the experience due to severe weather or circumstances beyond our control, you may choose a full refund or reschedule, subject to availability.
All booking times and cancellation deadlines are based on Guam local time (ChST, UTC+10).

When is The Essence of Guam available?
Our two-hour guided experience takes place every Saturday from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Please select an available date when booking.
Where is the experience held?
The experience takes place at Terraza, on the second floor at Two Lovers Point (Puntan Dos Amantes), next to the Gift Shop. Follow the stairs up to our ocean-view venue.
What language is the experience conducted in?
The experience is primarily conducted in English. Korean- and Japanese-speaking staff are also available to assist. Our hands-on activities are simple and easy to follow.
Do I need a reservation?
Advance reservations are recommended, as each session is limited to 12 guests. Full payment is required to secure your booking.

Our experience takes place at an open-air venue. Severe weather or unforeseen circumstances may require us to cancel or reschedule.

Can I join alone or with friends and family?
Yes! Solo travelers, couples, families, friends, and Guam locals are welcome. No special skills or experience are needed—just come ready to taste, create, and enjoy a little island time.
Can I visit without booking the guided experience?
Yes! You’re welcome to stop by during our 11:30 AM–1:30 PM open visiting hours without a guided-experience reservation. These visiting hours are separate from the two-hour booked experience.
